Manufacturing
We are able to provide a fully integrated manufacturing service which includes machining, fabrication, welding and assembly which is all carried out on our sites.
Working from our own or customer-provided drawings we are well equipped to undertake conventional or CNC milling, turning and boring and CMM inspection either for batch runs or small quantities for test or trial purposes.
Our external accreditation includes;
- BS EN ISO 9001:2000
- Aerospace component and tooling design approvals
- Welding to satisfy BS EN 287/288
- Qualified on-site load testing personnel
SFM Technology are regularly retained as consultants and manufacturers to the aerospace industry where we expect to be measured by key performance indicators (KPI) involving the need to maximise efficiency through the timely preparation of quotations to meeting delivery dates and providing ontime solutions. We are also well versed in ensuring efficient supply chain management on behalf of our customers where required.
